Class Swaps & Makeup Policy

Students may withdraw from a class and schedule a makeup session up to 12 hours prior to the missed class at no charge via their Noir student account on Noir.sg. Classes not withdrawn prior to this will be forfeited.
Please note that all class swaps and cancellations must be completed via your Noir student account on noir.sg. Requests made through Instagram, Telegram or other informal channels may not be processed in time and will not override the stated cancellation policy. Class swap requests made via email will require 1–3 business days to process and must still comply with the 12-hour grace period.
Withdrawals made less than 12 hours before the class start time will be treated as a late cancellation and counted as attended. No-shows will be charged in full.
For pole practice, rescheduling and cancellations are permitted up to 12 hours prior to your booked timeslot. Studio credits will be issued for cancellations made within this window and will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made after the 12-hour grace period.
A S$10 administrative fee will apply for class swaps requested after the 12-hour grace period and will be processed in 1–3 business days.

Makeups for term courses must be done within the same term. Makeups for pole practice will need to be done before the expiry date of your pole practice purchase or package. Unused credits will expire without prior notice.
You may choose a makeup class that is of the same or lower class skill level or price value than the original class or course.

Students who are unable to complete a course due to illness or injury must notify Noir Collective via email (hello@noir.sg) and submit a valid medical certificate for review before the end of the term. Refunds or credit notes are granted only in exceptional circumstances and remain at the sole discretion of the studio. Please note that package rates will not apply for refunds. By enrolling, you acknowledge that refunds, transfers of fees to another term, or transfers to another student are not permitted except as explicitly stated in the Terms & Conditions of Noir Collective.
All missed classes and complimentary credits are strictly non-refundable. Workshops conducted by overseas guest instructors are non-withdrawable and non-refundable under all circumstances. However, if you are unable to attend, you may arrange for another student to take your place. Please notify Noir Collective in advance with the replacement student’s details to facilitate the transfer.

Go to noir.sg and click the person icon to sign in using your registered email and password.
Go to My Info > My Schedule and cancel the class you wish to swap.
Then head to the Courses or Classes tab to book your makeup session.
