Meet The Team

CHRISTINE

CHRISTINE

Christine has been teaching yoga for over 25 years, mobility training for 5, and pole dancing for 3 years. She used to chase bendy shapes just for the oooohs and aaahhhs - until she realized that true longevity on the pole (and in life) comes from matching flexibility with strength and control. Now she's on a mission to help fellow pole dancers get stronger, safer and bendier - without breaking themselves in half to get there.

JOEY

JOEY

Joey was introduced to pole in 2019 while at university, an experience that deepened her understanding of movement and the body. Through her training, she discovered Pilates as a vital foundation — supporting mobility, alignment, and strength. What began as a complement soon became central to her approach to movement, and she is now a PAI-certified Pilates instructor. Teaching for three years, Joey brings a calm, considered presence to every class. She believes movement is both essential and expressive, and that thoughtful, well-structured practice builds not only strength, but awareness and longevity.

ILEANE

ILEANE

Ileane began teaching pole in 2015, and this year marks a decade of sharing her passion for movement with others. Over the years, Ileane's focus has evolved toward strength and conditioning, driven by a deep respect for what the body is capable of when trained with intention. Her teaching emphasizes intelligent loading, control, and sustainable progress, supporting both performance and longevity. With a thoughtful, grounded approach, Ileane helps students build resilience, confidence, and strength that carries far beyond the studio.

NICK

NICK

Nick brings a grounded yet expressive approach to his teaching, blending contemporary energy with a deep respect for traditional practice. He began his yoga journey in 2018 and has been teaching since 2022, supported by a 200-Hour Hatha & Vinyasa RYT certification. His classes are asana-centric, thoughtfully structured to build both strength and flexibility while honoring individual expression. Rooted in the principles of Anusara yoga, Nick's teaching emphasizes alignment, awareness, and steady progression, with elements of Yoga Nidra occasionally integrated to support deeper rest and integration.

YING JIE

YING JIE

Yingjie is a certified somatic Pilates and yoga instructor of almost 2 years who believes in movement as a form of self-expression and self-connection. In her classes, she guides students to build strength, awareness, and mobility from the inside out. With a focus on making movement accessible and meaningful, her sessions offer both challenge and restoration -helping every body move with greater ease and confidence.
